Have Questions? That's expected.
Choosing a coach is a personal decision. Here are answers to the most common questions to help you explore if this is the right fit for you. What’s the difference between coaching and therapy?
Coaching is forward-focused and action-oriented. It helps high-functioning people create change and move forward. Therapy often addresses past trauma or mental health concerns. This isn't treatment. It's a structured partnership built to help you decide and act.
Is this coaching right for me?
If you're a high-performing professional who feels stuck, misaligned, or ready for real clarity, this work is built for you. It's not about fixing you. It's about identifying what's actually true and building a plan around it.
Why does everything start with Clarity?
Clarity is a paid, 90-minute diagnostic, not a sales call and not a first session. It exists because guessing at the real problem wastes time and money. Every engagement starts here, no exceptions, because the diagnosis determines what actually helps.
What happens after the Clarity session?
For most people, the session itself delivers what's needed: a clear decision and a next step. For some, the diagnosis points further, to Transform, an 8-week engagement for rebuilding a pattern, or to Executive Alignment, invitation-only work for leaders carrying real consequence. These aren't chosen in advance. Clarity determines which, if either, is correct.
Is everything confidential?
Yes. Your privacy is non-negotiable. Our work together, whether personal or company-sponsored, stays strictly confidential.
What if my company is sponsoring this?
The process doesn't change. You still start with Clarity, and what's discussed in session stays between us. Sponsorship only affects billing. See the For Organizations page for details.
I'm successful on paper but feel lost. Is that normal?
Very. Many high performers hit every milestone and still feel unfulfilled or disconnected. That's not failure. It's a sign you're ready for real alignment, and it's exactly what this work is built to uncover.
Why aren't you certified by one of the coaching agencies?
Because transformation doesn't come from a certificate. It comes from experience, judgment, and results.
There are countless coaching certifications available, some valuable, many little more than a marketing badge. After 40+ years in consulting, leadership, and organizational change, I've learned that real coaching isn't taught in a weekend course.
Clients don't come to me for a credential. They come for the depth, strategic insight, and real-world judgment that only comes from decades of doing the work. If you value experience over bureaucracy, we'll work well together.
