40+ years solving complex challenges for individuals and organizations across technology, manufacturing, and consumer goods.
Education in Computer Science, Engineering, and Psychology.
Decades as a corporate consultant, brought in when the standard advice had already failed.
This work isn't built on credentials. It's built on pattern recognition from decades of real decisions, real consequences, and real accountability, not coaching theory learned secondhand.
I wasn't always on this path. I was told early on I didn't belong in people-centered work. I learned that world's labels don't hold up, and the real work starts where they end.
